Staying Loyal to Your Diet on St. Patrick’s Day

St. Patrick’s Day is officially just around the corner. A lot of the traditional festivities we are accustomed to on this day, while fun, are not exactly conducive to a healthy lifestyle – green beer, steak and potatoes, and cookies, to name a few. The unfortunate thing about Irish luck is it can’t keep all the calories in that green beer from affecting your diet adversely. Alcohol is one of the biggest roadblocks staying healthy.
